100% Iberian acorn-fed, free-range ham leg
This magnificent Iberian acorn-fed ham leg is produced using the most rigorous feeding and rearing methods. Guaranteeing the flavour is possible when you purchase acorn-fed Iberian ham from Beher.

This high-end product comes from purebred Iberian pigs that have been raised free-range in the Spanish dehesas. These pigs, which are fed exclusively on natural products such as aromatic herbs, pasture, and grains produced by us, yield juicy meat with a very intense flavour.
The whole leg, weighing between 7.5 and 9 kg, is cured for at least 32 to 36 months under ideal conditions that accentuate its distinctive flavour and aroma.
The fat it displays is yellow and liquid on the surface, with a deep cherry-red lean and abundant marbling, which is a clear sign of its superior quality.
