Organic 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham is a gourmet product made from Iberian pigs that roam freely in certified organic dehesas (pasturelands), feeding on acorns and wild herbs. The ham has unique organoleptic qualities, such as an intense flavour, a subtle aroma, a juicy texture, and a cherry-red colour with streaks of infiltrated fat. This is due to the physical activity the animals engage in and the type of feed they receive. Our organic ham is a superior-quality product produced in accordance with rigorous animal welfare and sustainability standards.
